Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated

State Director’s Letter

Greetings Sorors, Amicae, Youth, and Members of the Zeta Male Network!

Welcome to the official home of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated – Commonwealth of Virginia, where excellence meets service and sisterhood shines across the state. It is with deep honor and heartfelt gratitude to serve as your State Director and to continue the proud legacy of leadership, unity, and community impact that defines Virginia Zetas. To the fifteen phenomenal women who have served as past State Directors of Virginia, I thank you. Your dedication, sacrifice, and wisdom have paved the way for all of us. I stand on your shoulders as we continue to move Zeta forward.

As your State Director, we will L.E.A.D. in Virginia! Leadership means cultivating excellence through service and vision. Empowerment calls us to uplift every member and auxiliary with opportunity and support. Advocacy reminds us to stand firm on the issues that impact our communities and to amplify our collective voice. Development challenges us to strengthen our sisterhood through meaningful programs, impactful partnerships, and ongoing personal growth.

Together, we will L.E.A.D. in Virginia—building bridges of understanding, fostering impactful partnerships, and ensuring that every Soror, Amicae, youth, and member of the Zeta Male Network feels seen, valued, and equipped to serve.

Let's write the next chapter of Zeta in Virginia with courage, unity, and purpose
